You’ll earn 1 point for every 10 minutes spent learning. You'll also see new ways to earn bonus points each month with our featured SEAL Offerings to help you earn your way to some great new Rewards. Learners are eligible to earn up to 150 points each quarter.

Once you earn 5 points, you'll be able to redeem your points. Make sure you are logged in and then choose "apply learning rewards points" at checkout to 'pay' for your rewards. You will not be able to pay the difference if you go over the amount of points you have.

All learning that supports your Craft Skill development counts. Some learning is automatically logged for you by the Learning & Development team, and some will require you to log your learning so we can make sure you get rewarded for investing in yourself.

Any online learning taking place on these platforms: Degreed, LinkedIn Learning, and Udemy is automatically tracked. The same goes for any workshops you take delivered by the Marketing & Communications Learning & Development team. If you're choosing to learn through podcasts, other online providers, or any other way - please log your learning so we can make sure you get rewarded for investing in yourself!

Click the 'Check Points Balance' page of this website. Learners will also receive an email each month with current their point balance.

You'll receive points on the first Monday of each month (exceptions for holidays) for all the learning completed in the previous month.
For example, you'll receive points on Monday, January 8th, for all the learning you completed in December.

Yes! Points will expire on the first Monday of the second month of a new quarter. This allows learners time to redeem their entire quarter’s points. 

For example, Q2 points will expire on March 4th (allowing learners time to redeem points in Q2) and learners will be awarded February points.

Your points are capped at 50 points per month to redeem in the Rewards Store (150 per quarter). The top 15 Learners are awarded an additional 100 points per quarter on top of the 150-point cap (250 total), as well as given community-wide recognition.
